Note about the weather in Sicily in late February and early March: It rarely snows in Sicily during the winter months except in the high mountain elevations such as Etna. The weather is usually sunny but brisk, so we suggest to pack a sweater, coat, gloves and appropriate high elevation gear. Our excursion to both Etna and Enna are both weather dependent on the scheduled days, and I necessary we can easily alter the schedule to take into consideration seasonal weather conditions.
